• 9th grade P.E:

    Physical education is designed to improve students' overall fitness levels, promote good hygiene, raise awareness for lifetime fitness, give students a background in a variety of group games, and also introduce students to a number of lifetime sports. The selected games and activities will be taught in 3 week units. At the end of each unit there will be a written test covering rules, techniques and field/court diagrams. The presidential Fitness standards will be used to test students' fitness levels in the fall and spring.


    Personal Fitness:

    Personal Fitness is for 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students who want to stay in shape through lifting weights, using plyometrics, and using core training (lift, squats and push-ups matrix). Students will also be introduced to lifetime sports.
