I was born and raised in St. Ignace where I currently live with my children Josh, A.J. and Andrew. A.J. and Andrew both attend LCCS.  My oldest daughter Emma is a junior at the University of South Alabama.  I have been a School Social Worker / Counselor for over 20 years, most of that time spent at Rudyard Area Schools.

 

I earned a Bachelor's degree from Grand Valley State University in 1991.  I received a full  Native American scholarship to earn a Master of Social Work degree from Washington University in St.Louis, Missouri.  I graduated with that MSW in 1996.  In 2009 I earned a Master of Arts degree in School Counseling.

 

My hobbies include scrap booking, reading and spending time with my family and friends.
