Good morning...we hope you are all enjoying your long weekend! Here it is...the last official week of competition for our Islanders teams. Please take a look and direct any team related questions to your childs' coach(es). Have a terrific week!!!
Attention Students, Families, and Community Members:
As part of our building improvements, the ceiling tiles throughout the school will begin being removed on Monday (6/8). Many of these tiles feature artwork created by our students over the years.
If you would like to keep a ceiling tile that contains your artwork or the artwork of a family member, please stop by and pick it up before Monday.
Tiles can be claimed between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday through Friday, and Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Please check in at the Central Office or Mrs. Baker's office when you arrive. We will have someone retrieve the tile for you.
Any tiles not claimed before removal begins on Monday may be discarded.

We are excited to host our "Bike to School Day" in partnership with the National Safe Routes to School Program!
When: Friday, May 9, 2025

The Path: We will head down Grove Street and ride straight to the school's lower parking lot (between the gym and the football field).
ALL students are required to wear a bike helmet.
A Mackinac County Sheriff Officer will be on-site to give the kids a safety lesson before we take off and will help ensure everyone arrives at school safely!

Good morning! Stephenson messaged us this morning to let us know they are not able to come over tomorrow to play our girls. Thankfully, Mackinaw City was still looking for a game, and since our baseball team is already going to MC to play, we are going to send our girls to play there as well. The double header will start at noon, and the girls will ride down with the boys at 9:00. Please contact Coaches Angela or Jess if you have any questions. Parents can now sign their students up individually for upcoming classes.
📍 Where are classes held?
Right now, students from DeTour and Cedarville can enroll and join Blue Line’s existing groups in Rudyard or Sault Ste. Marie (The Soo)!
✨ Looking Ahead: Blue Line is generously working on plans to hopefully bring classes right here to the DeTour/Cedarville area in the future. The more students we get enrolled now, the sooner we can show the high demand for local classes!

HS Baseball vs Harbor Light is CANCELED and practice will be on Drummond Island, 4:00-5:45. The boys will need to be on Aleisha's bus at 3:00 to get to the 3:40 ferry. They will return to Cedarville by 7:00.
