Good evening. Due to current weather conditions, and the projected forecast for tomorrow morning, LCCS will be closed on Friday, February 7th. A decision on tomorrow's after school activities will be made by the early afternoon, and will be shared out to the public in a timely manner. Have a great weekend!

We want to take a moment to clear up some confusion about tomorrow night's JV and Varsity Boys ballgames in Cedarville.
Please know that there will be both a JV and a Varsity game...and as of this afternoon they will both be against St. Ignace.
JV tip-off is 5:45.
Also, we will be having Parent's Night before Varsity warm-ups for our JV and Varsity teams, as well as our memorial tribute honoring Mr. Dick Carr; and at halftime of the Varsity game we'll be recognizing the 2024 4th Grade Trojans Elementary Champions.

Good morning. Due to current road conditions, LCCS will be on a 2 hour delay. School will start at 10:00 this morning. No breakfast will be served. Buses will pick up your child approximately two hours later than normal. Students will enter through the same doors as they normally do. Thank you.

Good afternoon... Due a shift in weather patterns traveling north to the Soo, we have decided to postpone the MS Boys Basketball game at JKL. The game is rescheduled for Wednesday, January 29, with a 4:30 start time for 7th grade. There is also no MSBball practice today. Many are, of course, asking about Girls Bball practice and the JV/V Boys Bball game tonight. A determination on both of these will be made within the hour. NMCA has confirmed they will be making the trip if we are able to host since they will be traveling via self-transport. Thank you for your patience...stay tuned.
Due to the forecasted inclement weather, today’s ski club trip has been CANCELLED.

On Friday the 31st, when the boys host Newberry in DeTour, we will be honoring our DeTour 5th Grade Elementary Basketball Champions at halftime of the Varsity game. All players will be admitted into the game for free and we ask they bring the medals they earned and have them presented again at the game. Parents of the players will be contacted with further information.

The JV and Varsity Girls Basketball game against Alanson that was canceled on Wednesday has now been moved to Tuesday, February 3...still in DeTour...still starting at 5:45.
